consumers, employees, investors and local community.

Do
not cheat and exploit consumer with artificial price rise, adulteration,
black-marketing and selling banned or harmful goods to earn exorbitant profits.
Accuracy
in weighing and quality of supplying goods to the consumers must be ensured. Taxes
and other duties must be honestly and regularly paid.
Provide
fair wages, facilities and incentives to the employees. Avoid all types of
injustice and partiality to employees.
The
shareholders and investors must know about the financial and other important
decisions of the company.
Businesses
should be fair, humane, efficient and dynamic to offer certain benefits to
consumers.
Service and consumer's satisfaction should get more attention than profit-maximization.

Explanation by Scholars:
It
is the determination of the spotless not to cause sorrow to others, although
they could (by so causing) obtain the wealth which confers greatness.
மிகுந்த செழிப்பைத் தருகின்ற செல்வத்தைப் பெறக் கூடுமென்றாலும் அதன் பொருட்டுப் பிறருக்கு கேடு செய்யாமலிருப்பதே மாசற்றவர்களின் கொள்கையாகும்.
