Business Management
The Business Leader of a
company clearly needs to be good at the many competencies required to run a
company since the responsibility of the entire company rests upon his/her
shoulders.
He/She must ideally be able to take calculated risks after conducting an
in-depth evaluation of the probabilities associated with the profit and loss
outcomes of the decision.
He/She must be able to think,
design and execute strategies that can effectively combat the threats faced by
the organization as well as enhance profitability.
He/She must inspire others to
keep a positive attitude and work hard to get through bad times.
The Business Leader must be
able to involve others in the decision-making process and promote a culture in
which all the employees work as a team in order to achieve a common goal or
objective.
The Business Leaders are great sales people. They use the art of
persuasion to build a company and obtain the best resources, create and
establish a brand, and also acquire and manage customers.
It’s critical that they
understand internal operations and build systems that allow them to scale the
company as it grows.
They must understand the financials to dynamically make
adjustments and prepare for the future. Business Leaders cannot effectively
lead if they don’t understand their product, customers, and competition.
To succeed, they must show
employees how their day-to-day work contributes to that long-term plan, help
them set smart goals, and measure their progress consistently.
The Business Leader must
ideally be able to anticipate the future and design a set of strategies that
effectively combat change and result in profitability in the long term.

இயற்றலும் ஈட்டலுங் காத்தலும் காத்த
வகுத்தலும் வல்ல தரசு. (385)

Explanation by Scholars:
He is a (king) Business
Leader who is able to acquire (wealth), to lay it up, to guard, and to
distribute it.
தொகுத்தலும், காப்பாற்றுதலும், காப்பாற்றியதைத் தக்கபடி வகுத்துச்
செலவிடுதலும் ஆகியவற்றில் வல்லவனே அரசன்.
