Motivational Theory of Role Model                

Leaders are the heroes of the corporate epic. They motivate us to go places that we would never otherwise go.

The Qualities of good leaders are:

• They are highly organized, enthusiastic, work hard and inspire others.
• They tend to champion company missions and achieve goals more often and with greater ease.
• They have a strong vision and plan for the long-term.
• They increase positive results and encourage a more joyful workplace.
• They are transparent and foster a culture of trust between them and their team.
• They tend to successfully prioritize and implement activities accordingly.
• They tend to volunteer for significant assignments having faith in both their own abilities and the abilities of their team members.
• They are excellent two-way communicators and great listeners.
• They are quick to accept change and makes necessary corrections to achieve success.
• They have great problem solving skills and seek advice & help when required.
• They are compassionate, loyal, integrity-filled, straightforward, calm, fair, polite, hopeful and thoughtful.

We should adopt such a leader as role model to achieve great success.

தம்மிற் பெரியார் தமரா ஒழுகுதல்

வன்மையு ளெல்லாந் தலை. (444)

करना ऐसा आचरण, जिससे पुरुष महान ।
बन जावें आत्मीय जन, उत्तम बल यह जान ॥ (४४४)

Explanation by Scholars: 

So to act as to make those men, his own, who are greater than himself is of all powers the highest.

அறிவு முதலியவற்றால் தம்மைக் காட்டிலும் சிறந்த  அறிவுடையவரைத் தமக்கு உரியவராகக் கொண்டு, அவர் காட்டும் வழியில் நடப்பது, வலிமையுள் எல்லாம் முதன்மை ஆனதாகும்.
