Without the ability to listen effectively, messages are easily misunderstood. As a result, communication breaks down and the sender of the message can easily become frustrated or irritated. Learning and developing these effective listening skills and effective communication techniques has a key role for success in all areas of business and personal relationships.

Here are five ways to improve listening skills:

Listening is so important that many top employers provide listening skills training for their employees. Good listening skills can lead to better customer satisfaction, greater productivity and increased sharing of information that in turn can lead to more creative and innovative work.

Wealth (gained) by the ear is wealth of wealth. That wealth is the prime of all wealth.

செவியால் கேட்டறியும் செல்வம், செல்வங்களுள்  ஒன்றாகப்  போற்றப்படும் செல்வமாகும்.  அச்செல்வம்  செல்வங்கள் எல்லாவற்றிலும் தலையானதாகும்.
